It begins.

Im glad that I eventually got all of the invites for the blog portion of this scholarship.  After a short, relaxing winter break, I am ready to get this ball rolling again.  My research project this semester is going to be held at SMCC, where my team will be sending a weather balloon into near-space with a payload attached to it.  The payload will consist of a camera and instrumentation that will record pressure, temperature, elevation, and a few other surprises.  Our team will be building and programming everything from the circuit board on up.
